Our 6″ White Oak Select & Better Rift & Quartered unfinished hardwood flooring is a premium choice for anyone who wants a beautiful and durable floor. This flooring is made from select and better grade white oak that has a consistent color and grain throughout. It has a smooth and clean appearance that will complement any decor style. Our flooring is 3/4″ thick and unfinished, so you can apply your preferred finish and stain. It is also precision milled by NWFA standards or better and has a tongue and groove on all four sides for a secure and seamless installation.
What sets our flooring apart is the Rift & Quartered sawing method. This method creates a stunning and unique grain pattern that also enhances the hardness and stability of the wood. This means that our flooring will not warp or shrink due to fluctuations in temperature and humidity. Rift Sawn boards have a very straight and tight grain, while Quarter Sawn boards have a striking “ribbon & flake” pattern that adds visual interest and elegance. Our flooring is also ideal for radiant heat systems, as it can withstand the heat without breaking or splitting.
