For all returns please contact Adin Baban for approval at 847-324-7232 or by email at adinb@aamericanflooring.com. We will accept returns 30 days from the time that your order was delivered to you. A 20% restocking fee will be added to all returned orders. No returns are allowed on special orders, closeouts, liquids and openned or used material. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs that include the return shipping cost as well as the original shipping cost.

All orders that are refused upon delivery sent back with out damage are subject to standard return policy, if product is refused or labeled damaged by customer and is found to have no defects, shipping charges will not be refunded – this applies to UPS and Freight Carriers.

All damaged goods must be reported to aamericanflooring.com no later then the next day upon receiving your order. If not reported, you will not receive a credit on shipping. All damage claims must be accompanied by photos of damaged box/pallet and or goods in the box/pallet. If we are at fault by sending damaged products, the shipping cost will be credited and AAmerican is subject to return shipping costs. Please allow 7-10 days to process damage claims as we need to work with UPS or Freight carriers to resolve the claim. After the claim has been accepted and processed you will be credited with in 3-4 buisness days.
